• 01Can you move my funds, or freeze them?

  No, and the reason is structural rather than a policy we could change. Your key is generated on your device and stays in its secure storage; we never receive it and there is no share of it on our side. That also means we cannot freeze an address, reverse a transfer, or restore your access if you lose both your recovery phrase and your backup secret.

• 02What happens if I lose my phone?

  You restore from your own encrypted backup — it lives in your iCloud or Google storage, encrypted on your device with a key that never reaches us — or from the recovery phrase you exported. If both are gone, the funds are unreachable. We say that plainly before any money arrives, because an honest answer here is worth more than a reassuring one.

• 03What does sending USDT cost?

  You see one number before you sign, and it does not change when you sign. On Tron it is set by the external provider that pays the network energy, and it reaches you passed through with no markup of ours. We deliberately do not advertise a figure: it is not ours to set, and a price we cannot hold is worse than no price at all.

• 04Do I need TRX or GRAM to send?

  On Tron, no — the network cost comes out of the USDT you are sending. On TON, gas still works by the normal network rules for now: paying it out of USDT there is not switched on yet.

• 05Which networks and assets are supported?

  USDT on Tron (TRC-20) and USDT on TON (jetton), plus native TRX and GRAM as balances you can hold and receive. Sending TRX or GRAM out of the app is not available yet — if you receive one, it sits in your balance until that ships. EVM networks and Solana come after those two work properly. USDC is deliberately not in the first release.

• 06Why does Tron show me two addresses?

  Gasless sending on Tron works through a separate derived address, and it supports USDT only. So the receive screen names which address is which: one for USDT with the network cost taken out of the transfer, one for TRX and other TRC-20 tokens. Sending the wrong asset to the gasless address can put it out of reach, which is why the screen asks rather than guesses.

• 07Why can't I send from the web app?

  Not because a browser can't be trusted with a key — that architecture question is already decided. It's that sending needs more than a signature: right now there's no way to turn a browser-made signature into something the network will actually broadcast. Until that's wired up, sending stays mobile-only.

• 08How do batch payouts work?

  You import a list — a CSV of addresses and amounts — and review every row on one screen. Nothing is signed until you confirm, and then the whole batch is confirmed with one action on your phone. The recipients, amounts and network are all on the screen you approve.

• 09What if the cost is taken and the transfer does not arrive?

  There is a written policy for it — reverted transactions, an out-of-energy failure, a bounced message on TON, a stuck broadcast. It names who decides, within what time, out of which funds, and what you are told. Every such action is recorded as a journalled command, never as a quiet database edit.

• 10Is the Telegram mini app the real product?

  It is one channel into it, and never the foundation. The same web app serves the site and the mini app, a Telegram account is never a factor of access to your funds, and anything the mini app can do has a path that does not go through Telegram at all.

• 11Can I accept payments with it?

  That is the merchant track — checkout links, a cabinet and an API — and it runs through a licensed partner. It is being built now and is not part of the first release; the fastest way to be early is to tell us what you need from it.

• 12Are you licensed?

  Being non-custodial removes the custody ground for licensing, and that is the position the architecture is built to defend. Merchant features and anything touching fiat go through a licensed partner. We are not going to give you a firmer answer than our own counsel has given us.
